As paparazzi dropped the engagement bomb yesterday, the tweeter is in flux. Half of the Twitterati are going gaga over the news of Priyanka’s engagement and the other half is busy is guessing the name of Bharat female lead. Salman Khan fans are bombarding the Ali Abbas Zafar’s wall with all their speculation and expectation. The virtual world gets berserk within hours of the Priyanka’s dropping her comeback chance in the Bollywood industry.
Meanwhile, a reputed source reported a contradicting report that the real reason Priyanka pulled out of Bharat at the last second has nothing to do with her engagement plans. Apparently, Priyanka has already decided she will leave the film way before the surprise proposal by Nick. According to the published report that Priyanka is concerned about Salman’s way of working around the set. Salman is apparently using his influence over the directors and pulling more and more actors for the film. Priyanka doesn’t want that because of the fact she won’t be at the center of attention as the female lead in the movie. It was not because of her wedding plans with Nick Jonas but because of Salman Khan and his ways. Apparently, she is apprehensive about Salman roping in more and more actors in the film. Apparently, it would have taken the focus away from Priyanka.
The reason seems pretty legit since Salman has done the same thing in the Race 3. He signed up Saqib Saleem, Daisy Shah, Bobby Deol, and many others which reduced the screen exposure of ‘female lead’ Jacqueline Fernandez to a throwaway supporting character. Definitely, a talented actor like Priyanka, who is also at the pinnacle of her professional career wouldn’t want that to happen with her.
In the meanwhile, Ali Abbas Zafar tweeted that “Yes yes yes … we will announce the leading lady of Bharat soon.. We have been shooting Nonstop and the simultaneously preparing for international schedules ….”
After this Twitterati are more than interested to know which actress is going to be in lead. Twitterati first choice of the actress is Disha Patani and Nora Fatehi. Other names like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, and Kareena Kapoor Khan are also thrown into the mix.
